What are FINE ART sessions?

Fine art photography is characterized by the concept of viewing photographs as works of art. They are visual poetry. It is the photographic creation of our goals, emotions, grieving processes, and inner children. Each photograph has its own intention and achievement.

This space was born from thethe union between THEY PHOTOGRAPHIC COACHING. They are lthe fusion of my SELF-PORTRAITS and give to other people what facilitated my path to personal growth.

Together we will create a work of art of what you want to achieve, give visibility, release, make conscious, remember, express,...

These are very experiential sessions. We'll use our imagination to project with intention. How? By connecting the world of our dreams with our realities. We'll bring them down to a more earthly space to give them shape.

What are we trying to achieve with these sessions?

Each objective will depend on the individual. We don't all come from the same paths or experience the same things, so each process is intrinsic to the person who hires the service.

What are they for?

Fine art sessions are a visual tool that promotes creativity, which is innate in human beings. However, many believe they are not creative, and this hinders their vision and creative potential.

It's a way to train the mind for reflection and emotional strength, generating new points of view, identifying and clarifying beliefs, facilitating situations of change, and so on. It's an offer to do something different to achieve different results.

Above these words are my 1984 self and my 2020 self. The day I took this self-portrait, I wrote a letter to the girl I was and who still lives inside me. You can read and see the before and after. hereThat day I grabbed a pen and paper and didn't know what to say to her (myself), but seeing the finished composition of the photo and seeing how my adult self looked at my child self, seeing how she held her helped phrases begin to emerge from my unconscious, and I cried, I cried a lot, because that's when I truly realized my childhood wounds and my purpose behind the self-portraits I'd been taking for 5 years.

I'm not yet a therapist, but rather a coach, so I'm not qualified to help you heal your childhood wounds. But we can work to give them visibility, understanding, and light through photography and writing. Remember that photography coaching makes the unconscious conscious.

There may be something in that inner work that your inner child doesn't like, and your adult self may find it hard to accept. The more we resist something, the more shadows there are likely to be. It's not about forcing it, but about letting it go.

There are many hours of work behind every fine art photograph, not just the moment the image is taken. There's a creative process before taking the photos, and then a lot of work in Photoshop. In this section of my website You can see some before and after photos of my self-portraits.

COACHING SESSION

If you're not working with me, I'd love to meet with you before the shoot. I'd love to get to know you and spend time with you. It's a judgment-free space. Listening to you will help me understand the purpose of this photo and plan it with all the care it deserves.
